If the car seat cover hasn't given your dog a steadier, calmer ride (or it doesn't fit your car), or the Pet Glove hasn't cleared the hair off your sofa, clothes and car seats, email us within 30 days of delivery at loominouscontact@gmail.com with your order number and we refund you in full to your original payment method.

Something wrong with your order?

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
