Wear your Hushband every night. If you aren't falling asleep to the sound you choose — instead of the snoring, the traffic or the neighbours — within 30 nights of delivery, email us at loominouscontact@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

You keep the Hushband. There is nothing to send back and no return postage to pay.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

To cancel before your order ships, email loominouscontact@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll refund you in full.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
