Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and every parcel is tracked. We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Finland, Ireland, Greece, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Poland.

When your order ships

All orders ship within 5–7 working days. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. Need it for a date? Email loominouscontact@gmail.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Delivery

If anything goes wrong with receiving your order or the bras in it, tell us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. We can't take responsibility for parcels that tracking shows as delivered but that you say haven't arrived.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel can't be delivered and comes back to us, you'll need to pay for it to be sent again; if you'd rather not have it re-sent, we refund the cost of the items.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs charges or import taxes that apply are the buyer's responsibility, and we're not responsible for delays caused by customs.
