Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and every parcel is tracked. We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Finland, Ireland, Greece, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Poland.

When your order ships

All orders ship within 5–7 working days. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. Need it for a date? Email loominouscontact@gmail.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Delivery

The tower ships flat in one box and is carried to your door. If anything goes wrong with receiving your order, or a part is damaged in transit, tell us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that tracking shows as delivered but that you say have not arrived.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, you will need to pay for it to be sent again; if you would rather not have it re-sent, we refund the cost of the items.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs charges or import taxes that apply are the buyer's responsibility, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
