If it hasn't given you a dry floor, a mat that stays fresh and steady steps within 30 days of delivery, email us at loominouscontact@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

You keep the mat. There is nothing to send back and no return postage to pay.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

To cancel before your order ships, email loominouscontact@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll refund you in full.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
