What makes the LUDDA Pro different from other nail grinders?

Does it suit all pet sizes and breeds?

How much should I grind off?
Little and often. Take off the tip in short touches and stop before the pink (or, on dark nails, the chalky centre) – it’s easier and calmer than one big session.
How does it help prevent over-trimming?
The guard only exposes the tip of the nail to the grinding drum, and grinding removes a thin layer at a time instead of cutting straight through.
What if my pet is still nervous about the grinder?
Let them sniff it switched off, then switched on, with a treat. Start with one nail a day on the low speed. Most pets settle quickly because it’s so quiet.
How do I pick the right port and speed?
Small port and low speed for cats, puppies and small dogs; medium or large port and high speed for bigger dogs and thick nails.
How long does the battery last?

Can’t I just walk my dog to keep the nails short?
