?How do I use the razor?
SILKA is a refillable single-blade razor for body shaving. One blade gives you more control, rinses out easily and means less tugging than a multi-blade cartridge. The one rule: don’t press. A fresh blade does the work, not pressure.
- Warm up. Shave after a warm shower, when hairs are soft. Exfoliate gently the day before, not right before.
- Add glide. Never shave dry: use shaving gel, foam, cream or soap (hair conditioner works in a pinch).
- Fresh blade. Put a new blade in, check it sits straight and twist the head closed.
- Hold it at about 30° and let it glide with short, light strokes. Start with the direction of hair growth.
- Rinse often. The open head rinses clean in a second, so it never clogs.
- Finish. Rinse with cool water, pat dry and apply an alcohol-free moisturiser.
