Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and every order is tracked.

When your order ships

All orders ship within 5–7 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. If you need your parcel sooner, please contact us at loominouscontact@gmail.com before you place your order.

Delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that tracking shows as delivered but that you tell us have not arrived. If you have any problem receiving your order, or with the items in it, let us know within 30 days of delivery so that we can help.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, you will need to pay for it to be sent again; if you would rather not have it re-sent, we will refund the cost of the items.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs charges or import taxes that apply are the buyer's responsibility, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
