Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it in — unused and in its original packaging — and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at loominouscontact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

You pay the return postage, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong — then we cover it. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email loominouscontact@gmail.com straight away with your name and order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped you can still cancel it within 14 days of delivery: tell us, then send the item back as described above.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can look into it and put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have a question about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and checked your return, and whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or card provider can take some time to process and post the refund as well.
