Delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that tracking shows as delivered but that you tell us have not arrived. If you have any problem receiving your order, or with the items in it, you need to let us know within 30 days of delivery so that we can help.

Return to Sender & Incorrect Address Policy

Entering the right delivery address is your responsibility, so please check it carefully before you order — especially if you are sending a gift. We cannot be held responsible for an order that goes to an address that was entered wrongly.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, you will need to pay for it to be sent again. If you would rather not have it re-sent, we will refund the cost of the items.

Customs and Import Taxes

Any customs charges or import taxes that apply are the buyer's responsibility, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

All orders ship within 5–7 working days. If you need your parcel sooner, please contact us at loominouscontact@gmail.com before you place your order.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We deliver to UK addresses only.
